At TeamstersCare, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, along with a broad range of in-house clinical services, to our members and their families.

We take great pride in providing our members with benefits that far exceed the industry standards. This means that even as health care costs continue to rise, we remain committed to providing the highest quality health coverage at the lowest possible out-of-pocket costs.

There are currently about 6,000 active Teamster members and 1,600 retirees that depend on TeamstersCare to keep themselves and their families healthy. Our members receive high-quality medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, along with dental, vision and pharmacy benefits through Dental Blue Freedom, Davis Vision and Express Scripts, respectively.

We also provide a broad range of in-house services, including dental care, hearing care, prescriptions and a confidential Employee Assistance Program. These services are provided by TeamstersCare’s dedicated staff of clinical professionals and are available to all of our members and their families on either a no cost or low copay basis. It’s health and wellness coverage provided for Teamsters, by Teamsters.

The Teamsters Union 25 Health Services & Insurance Plan is a Taft-Hartley Trust Fund qualified under section 501[c] of the Internal Revenue Code. Our main administrative and clinical offices are located in Sullivan Square in Charlestown, Massachusetts.
