Both of these options offer coverage for a wide range of health services, including doctor’s visits, hospitalization, surgery, maternity and behavioral health care. HMO Blue New England

This medical plan is available for members and their families who live within the HMO network service area of New England.

As an HMO Blue New England subscriber, you’ll need to select a Primary Care Physician. You can find a provider in your area by going to the TeamstersCare BCBS website or calling (800) 241-0803.

Blue Care Elect Preferred Out of Area Option

If you or one of your dependents lives permanently outside of New England, you’ll be covered by the Blue Care Elect Preferred Program. For more details on the Blue Care Elect Preferred Provider Network, call (800) 810-2583 or click here.

Behavioral Health

As a Blue Cross Blue Shield subscriber, your benefits include counseling and treatment for emotional difficulties, mental illness, substance abuse, family and marital problems and childhood concerns.
