TeamstersCare Walk-in Pharmacies

The TeamstersCare walk-in pharmacies provide prescription services and consultations for a modest copay at two convenient locations:

To fill a prescription, bring your script to either TeamstersCare location, have your doctor fax it to us, or ask the TeamstersCare pharmacist to call your doctor on your behalf.

To refill a prescription:

  • By Phone: call the Charlestown or Stoughton Pharmacy and use the automated Telemanager system.  Simply follow the phone prompts and use the keypad on your phone to submit the required information (make sure you have your prescription available).
  • Online: click the link and submit the required information.
  • iRefill: Download the mobile app to refill you prescriptions on the go!

Have a maintenance medication?

You may choose to receive up to a 30-day supply of a new maintenance medication at no cost to you at either TeamstersCare walk-in pharmacy. If the medication doesn’t work for you and your doctor changes your prescription, you haven’t wasted your copay for the initial prescription. If the medication does work as expected, you can fill the balance of the prescription (up to a 60-day supply) with the usual copay.

iRefill Mobile App

Welcome to mobile refill for your TeamstersCare Pharmacy benefit.  By downloading the iRefill app to your mobile device, you can refill your prescription at the Charlestown or Stoughton TeamstersCare Pharmacy on the go.  The app is available for iPhone, iPad and Android smartphones and tablets.

To refill a prescription, you must be enrolled in a TeamstersCare Active, MSTS or Retiree Health Program that includes the Pharmacy Benefit.

To download the iRefill app to refill your prescriptions at a TeamstersCare Pharmacy, select either the iRefill Charlestown instructions or the iRefill Stoughton instructions below.  For more detailed information about iRefill, select the iRefill User Guide.

Mail-Order Prescription Service

If you have a long-term or maintenance medication, you can have it filled by mail through the Express Scripts Pharmacy. They will mail you up to a 90-day supply via UPS or USPS for the cost of your copay.

To get started, complete an Express Scripts Pharmacy mail order form and submit it along with your prescriptions. Or, you may register at Express-Scripts.com to refill your mail order prescriptions online.

For more information, or to speak with an Express Scripts Pharmacist, call their Member Services Department toll free at (877) 543-7097.

Retail Pharmacies

You can use your Express Scripts prescription drug card at a retail pharmacy, but you’ll have to pay a higher copay and, in some instances, coinsurance.

To find an in-network pharmacy near you, call Express Scripts Member Services toll free at (877) 543-7097 or go to www.express-scripts.com and log in to your account. If you don’t currently have an account, you can use your prescription drug card to register online.

You also have the option of using an out-of-network pharmacy, but you will be required to pay the full amount of your prescription at the point of sale – including the appropriate copay. You may then submit a claim form (within 12 months) with an itemized receipt of your prescription purchase to:
