TeamstersCare – 2008 Fall Wellness Program Schedule Flu Vaccine and Prostate Cancer Screenings
The Trustees of the Teamsters Union 25 Health Services & Insurance Plan are pleased to be able to offer a Flu Vaccine Program and a Prostate Cancer Screening Program once again this fall.
The flu vaccine program will provide flu vaccine for eligible members and their eligible spouses and there is no cost to you. Note that dependent children are not covered through this program and that the pneumonia vaccine is not provided. Remember that if you are in a TeamstersCare Medical Program, you may also get a flu shot directly from your PCP.
If you are interested in receiving the flu vaccine through TeamstersCare, please note that these are the only dates and times that will be available. As in the past, no appointment is necessary. Simply come to the appropriate TeamstersCare site on one of the dates and during the times listed below.

Yearly Prostate Cancer Screenings are recommended for all men age 50 and above. However, yearly screening for men age 40 and above is recommended for those at increased risk – African American men and/or those with a family history of prostate cancer. Please see the schedule below and call the corresponding appointment desk in Chelmsford, Charlestown or Stoughton if you would like to schedule an appointment.
