To help members and their families cope with mental health
and substance abuse issues, TeamstersCare offers a confidential,
professional consultation and referral service called the Employee
Assistance Program (EAP).
The EAP program is a voluntary program staffed by licensed
professional counselors. EAP offers many services such as
initial evaluation and assessment, treatment planning, counseling,
outside referral if indicated, family consultation, benefit
coordination, etc.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our
main location is in Charlestown, MA; however, for your convenience,
we have access to other locations.
- RAFT
– Referral and Follow-up Team
RAFT is a follow-up support program available to members who
