Expanded Dental Blue National Network of Providers
Members who have dental coverage with TeamstersCare Dental Blue Freedom will be receiving new Dental Blue ID cards in the mail to use as of January 1, 2018. The Dental Blue National Network is expanding to include many more providers. You should use the new cards and dispose of your old I.D. cards as of January 1st.
Go to bluecrossma.com/findadoctor and use the Find a Doctor online directory to locate a participating dental
provider or call the Dental Blue Member Service phone number on your ID card.
