For basic medical coverage, you'll probably be going to your HMO for most of your inquiries. The HMO handles questions about coverage, about what providers are in their network, or what facilities members should be using. If you have any eligibility questions, call Charlestown Member Services.

If you have problems resolving an issue with a provider, call Member Services, and we'll try to help.
