We are the Teamsters Union 25 Health Services & Insurance Plan. We're a Taft-Hartley Trust Fund qualified under Section 501[c][9] of the Internal Revenue Code.

We provide health & welfare benefits to 7,000 active Teamster members and their 11,000 dependents and to 1,300 retirees and their 960 spouses.

Our main administrative and clinical offices (dental, audiology, mental health & pharmacy) are located in Sullivan Square in Charlestown.

In Chelmsford, we have a fully equipped Dental Center. In Stoughton, on the South Shore, we have Dental Offices and a TeamstersCare Pharmacy.

TeamstersCare provides comprehensive, basic medical coverage to our members and dependents through Network Blue New England and Tufts Exclusive Provider Option. We also provide discounted dental, vision, and pharmacy services through Delta Dental, Davis Vision, and Teamsters Rx, respectively.

To supplement these basic coverages, we offer a broad range of health services directly to our members through our dedicated TeamstersCare staff of clinical professionals. These include dentists, hygienists, pharmacists, an audiologist and mental health counselors. A TeamstersCare physician manages our on-site Screening programs. TeamstersCare clinical services are available to members and dependents on either a no-cost or low-copay basis.
