TeamstersCare 2021 Flu Vaccine Program

Teamsters Union 25 Health Services & Insurance Plan Trustees are pleased to offer the on-site seasonal flu vaccine program again this fall. Eligible members and their eligible spouses (dependent children are not covered through this program) may receive a no cost flu vaccine.

Below are the only dates and times; no appointment necessary. Facial coverings are required.

If you receive a COVID-19 vaccine, the CDC currently recommends that you wait at least 14 days before getting any other vaccine.  If you get another vaccine first, wait at least 14 days before getting your COVID-19 vaccine.

In addition to TeamstersCare Flu Vaccine Clinics, Flu shots are available to members, spouses and dependents who are enrolled in other TeamstersCare coverage. There is no cost when given by a network provider (although a copay may apply if the vaccine is given as part of a doctor’s visit).

BCBS members may present your BCBS medical ID card at the following approved settings:

• Your PCP’s office
• Limited Service Clinic (ex: CVS Minute Clinic)
• Urgent Care Center
• Community Health Center
• City or town’s Public Access Clinic
• Outpatient department of a hospital

Members with retail pharmacy coverage through Express Scripts may present your Medco/Express Scripts ID card to receive a no-cost flu shot at an in-network retail pharmacy.
