As a future TeamstersCare member, you can look forward to receiving a comprehensive benefits package for you, your spouse and your eligible dependents.

When am I eligible to enroll?

You will be eligible to enroll in the TeamstersCare benefits program upon meeting your eligibility requirements. To learn more about these requirements, go to the Benefits Overview section and select your member status.

How do I enroll?

Once you are eligible to enroll in the TeamstersCare benefits program, you will receive an enrollment package from Charlestown Member Service. Within this package is an enrollment form that you must complete and return to Member Services (with the required documentation) within 31 days.
