Grief Support Group 2020
Losing a loved one can be very difficult. This group provides extra support, encouragement and advice to those going through a difficult time with grief. The benefits of joining a support group can help improve your coping skills, gain a sense of empowerment and control as well as reduce depression and anxiety.
If you find you’re having difficulty coping with grief and need support, please feel free to join this group offered by the TeamstersCare Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
