Who:
TeamstersCare members, retirees, and their spouses enrolled in Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts medical insurance.
What:
Two ways to earn points:
- First, complete a health assessment to earn 50 points.
- Participate in other health activities to earn up to
150 additional points.
When:
Starting January 1, 2021
Where:
Log in or sign up to get started and track your wellness points.
Why:
Receive a gift card for points you earn—up to 200 points, redeemable for $200 in gift cards.
