Did you know that you can speak with a registered nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as part of Blue Cross Blue Shield’s 24-Hour Nurse Care/ Blue Care Line?

If you have healthcare questions, simply call the Blue Care line toll-free at 1-888-247-BLUE (2583). Discuss your situation, detail your symptoms and a Blue Care nurse will advise you on how to proceed. Depending on your symptoms and health history, the nurse may recommend that you see your doctor, go to the emergency room, or offer tips to care for yourself or your loved ones at home.
