As a Vision & Dental Member, your eligibility is determined by your collective bargaining agreement. If you work for one of the following employers, you may be eligible for benefits under the Vision & Dental Program:

• City of Cambridge (Supervisors)
• City of Cambridge (Workers)
• City of Medford
• City of Woburn (Department Heads)
• University of Massachusetts Boston Campus Police
• Beacon Sales, Co.
• Joseph T. Ryerson & Son
• Waldo Brothers Company
